Information under Article  13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 concerning the processing of data necessary for fulfilment of the mandate.

1. Purpose of data processing

•  The sole aim of the processing is the proper and complete performance of the professional commission received, both in and out of court;
•  The data shall also be processed for the purposes set out by current legislation on money laundering.

2.  Method of data processing:

•  The processing shall be carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in  Article 4(1)(a)  of the  Code on the protection of personal data, collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.
• Operations may be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated means.
• The processing shall be carried out by the data controller and/or persons in charge of the processing.

3. Data provision;

•  The provision of common, sensitive and legal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to under point 1.

4. Refusal to provide data:

• Refusal by the data subject to share personal data in the case referred to under point 3  makes it impossible to perform the activities referred to  under paragraph 1.

5. Data  disclosure:

• Personal data may be disclosed to those in charge of processing and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to under point 1  to external collaborators, entities operating in the legal sector, opposing parties and their defence counsels, to boards of arbitration and, in general, to all those public and private entities where disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes referred to under point 1.

6. Data  circulation:

• Personal data are not subject to circulation.

7. Transfer of data abroad:

• Personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to under point 1.

8. Rights of the data subject:

• Article 7 of the consolidated data protection act entitles the data subject to exercise specific rights, including that of obtaining from the data controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his or her personal data and their provision in an intelligible form; The data subject  has the right to be made aware of the origin of the data, of the processing purposes and methods, of the strategy applied to the processing, of the identification details of the data controller and the entities to which the data may be  disclosed; the data subject is also entitled to obtain updating, rectification and supplementation of the data, deletion, conversion to an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law; the data controller is entitled to oppose the data processing for legitimate reasons.
